The Tepper MBA personal interview was taken by the Adcom staff. The duration of MBA personal interview was 30 minutes. I am happy that my MBA interview preparation was good this time.

3) What are your short term and long term goals?
4) How will Tepper help you in achieving that goals?
5) Walk me through your resume.
6) Leadership experiences and team related experiences.
Overall the MBA personal interview went well. It seemed that Tepper was looking to see how the candidate can align with the school and achieve his/her goals.
