Candidates selected through ISB EEO secure deferred admission into the ISB Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Management. Selected candidates can join the ISB PGP after completing 2 years of work experience.
ISB Post Graduate Program (PGP) is a one-year programme and is ideal for young working professionals.

Graduate or postgraduate candidates with less than 24 months of work experience

A valid GMAT score

TOEFL, IELTS, or English proficiency test if the language of instruction during graduation or undergraduate studies was not English

Applicants applying for ISB EEO with 1 to 2 years of work experience will be offered a deferment of 1 year and may further defer for an additional 1 year.
