The Young Leaders Program is designed for undergraduate students, who are in pre final year of graduation. A first-of-its-kind initiative in India, YLP is the platform to take the first step towards becoming a global leader in the corporate world.

They will be mentored and groomed by ISB faculty through a well designed learning programme that will help them to achieve success in their work place.
