The Young Leaders Program (YLP) is designed for undergraduate students who are currently in their pre final year of graduation. It is a first of its kind initiative in India that offers students an early opportunity to begin their journey toward becoming global leaders in the corporate world.
Through the Young Leaders Program, ISB identifies high potential students with strong academic performance and meaningful extracurricular involvement. Selected candidates are mentored and groomed by ISB faculty through a well structured learning program that helps them succeed in their professional careers. Successful participants eventually receive guaranteed admission to ISB’s flagship one year Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP).
