I had travelled a long way for this MBA personal interview, all the way from Bangalore. The interview was on a formal tone, but my interviewer was a wonderful person to talk to and put me at ease soon after beginning and my Manchested interview experience was wonderful.
The questions were more emphasized on real life situations and profile centric questions.

Manchester interview experience 2:
My MBS interview was held in Manchester and took place in two parts both on the same day. Scheduling the MBA personal interview at MBS was surprisingly easy. I opted for a Friday mid-afternoon interview (held on campus at MBS) in order to make taking time out from work a little earlier. The first half of my interview was with an admissions administrator, in the form of an informal discussion over coffee. No difficult questions at this stage! I did my MBA interview preparation pretty well this time. Then, I had interview with the Director of Alumni Relations and the following questions were asked.
- Tell me a little about yourself
- Why MBA?
- Why have you applied to Manchester Business School?
- What, in your opinion, is the main challenge facing business today?
- Brief about your career path?
- Apart from MBS which are the other schools you applied?
- What are your strengths?
- Asked about my long term and short term goals.
- Any questions for us?
