I had off-campus Thunderbird MBA personal interview last week in a hotel with Thunderbird Alum. My Thnderbird interview experience was really good. The interviewer asked some very standard questions during MBA personal interview like:

• Why MBA from Thunderbird? Why now?
• How do you think an MBA fits to the scheme of your career?
• What is one thing you would like to improve in yourself?
• One reason that we should not select you?
• What are your interests and hobbies?
• What is your leadership style?
• Tell me about a difficult team experience.
• Do you have any questions for me?

Thunderbird interview experience 2:

I was invited for MBA personal interview 3 weeks before the decision deadline. The interviewer seemed very casually and friendly. My interview went for 30 minutes. The questions asked were:

Please walk me through your resume.

• What do you want to do after MBA?
• Describe a perfect day.
• What do you do for fun?
• Where do you see yourself after 15 years?
• What are your strengths and weaknesses?
• Why a Thunderbird MBA?
• Give me an example where you have worked with different style of people.

Interview tips: Be ready to drill into the details "Why Thunderbird". Be ready to answer everything you say.
