ISB MFAB program
MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME FOR FAMILY BUSINESS (MFAB) is an in depth general management programme from Indian School of Business (ISB). This programme is developed for young business leaders who are more involved in family businesses and planning to manage their business and also for people who desire to work in family business.
•Bachelors Degree or an equivalent qualification (like CA, etc.) (Applicants should have completed the Bachelor’s Degree at the time of submitting the application).
•No work experience is required for admission. However, work experience of 4-5 years will add a lot of value

ISB MFAB Application Essays 2014:
Essay 1: Describe an important initiative that your business has undertaken during the past 5 years. Explain why you consider it important. (500 words max)
Essay 2: Why do you intend to pursue MFAB program? (500 words max)
Essay 3: According to you, what are the main challenges faced by your business and how would you address them? (500 words max)
Essay 4: How do you plan to cope up with academic rigour of the programme which involves understanding of mathematical concepts while continuing to work in your business? (500 words max)
Optional Essay: Please list any other attributes, achievements (professional or personal), awards, extra-curricular activities or activities outside workplace which you feel would add value to your application. (500 words max)
Video Essay: Based on your strengths, how would you add value to your peers in your joining class at the ISB? You could site examples to substantiate your response. (90 Seconds)
